Our family has been coming here for years. My father would bring me here. Then we started bringing the kids here. For the first time, this place was well staffed and now one person offered us help. Store was pretty lonely without customers, maybe one or two. My daughter happened to notice one employee giving us weird looks versus offering us help, so we left. Not coming back here again. This company obviously doesn't need or want our business anymore.

We went looking for cleats for my 11U baseball player who wears a size 9 in mens. The only 2 pairs they had in the store in his size we a pair of Nikes and a pair of New Balance. Very little selection in store and had to end up ordering online. Associate that helped us was nice.

NEVER AGAIN..I was in the store to purchase Adidas footwear for a weekend event for my daughter. Came across the display and took picture to ask her which pair to get, she said the ones on sale were fine. I asked for the item and went to check out. The shoe totaled a little over $97..it was on display as 69.98. I showed the cashier the picture I had just sent my daughter. He asked "when was this?" I responded " I was just back there and sent this to my daughter". He called the manager. Manager comes up front and says " that's not the correct price, and we have no control over the price clips that's on an item that shouldn't be, I'm sorry about that". Then proceeds to walk off. But notice in the picture the tags in both the white and the black pair sneakers. Those are sales stickers. Dicks regular price sneakers have a black and white sticker, no red bars. I told the cashier "thats ok, I don't want them, put them back". Not that I couldn't afford them, because I had my Dicks credit card readily available. It was the point of the customer service from the manager. I called customer service and the lady asked "did the sell them to you at the advertised price?" "No". She was surprised,

In general I normally have a great experience in this store but I wanted to shout out Maddie. She is THE shoe expert. From a simple conversation she can help you find exactly what you need. She helped me when she was at the Short Pump location, remembered me and helped me even more now that she’s at this location. So, thanks Maddie, I really appreciated your time!

Ok first off this store is super clean and staff is friendly! I walked in the store was greeted by multiple employees. I walked towards the cups as I was on a mission with my daughter and was greeted by Jayla and a Manager who were both super friendly ! Jayla talked with me about cups for a good 15mins to compare and find the cup I wanted. She helped my little girl pick out her favorite cup too! Wonderful service from everyone , Jayla even got another member to find the leopard cup I wanted in the back and he brought it out to me ! I love it ! My daughter is so happy too thanks Jayla and friends !! I love my new Hydrojug!
